1. Consultations and Strategy Calls
Appointments and consultations may be rescheduled subject to availability and reasonable prior notice.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the session being considered utilised.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
2. Digital Products and eBooks
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of products such as eBooks, downloadable resources, recordings and digital educational material, payments made for such products are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
3. Coaching Programs and Masterclasses
Payments made towards coaching programs, workshops, masterclasses or educational programs may be subject to specific terms communicated during enrolment.

6. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns regarding payments, services or purchases before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension or termination of access to services or digital products while the matter is being reviewed.
7. No Refund Based on Results
Success with Suman provides educational, coaching and advisory-related services. Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
A lack of financial, professional, business or personal results does not automatically make a customer eligible for a refund.
